REFUNDS

We at The Wandering Nurse Store hold a high degree of standards when it comes to the quality and packing of your order. All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. We want you to be completely happy with your order, but if the product you have purchased doesn’t satisfy you 100%, you have the option to return the item for a refund within 14 days. Refund of the cost of the Goods is solely conditional upon Goods being returned in the original packaging and in a re-sellable condition.

All item(s) must be returned in good condition, you will then receive the refund for the item except for sale items. Any item(s) returned with damage caused by the customer due to perfume scent or a mark on the apparel due to hair oil, deodorant or make up from trying on the item may be issued with a 25% reduction refund.

Return the items with all swing tags intact.

RETURNS POLICY

To qualify for this, you must arrange your own shipping.

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot take responsibility for any items lost in the post, in such circumstances returns and refunds cannot be issued.

It is advised you to keep the postal tracking number and to ensure you have insurance for your return package.

Free items sent with your order which is a part of any promotion must also be returned to acquire your full refund.

Promotional offers received upon any orders will not be eligible as a part of that promotion after any returns will be reflected in refunds. Original delivery charges are non-refundable and if the delivery charges were waived being the part of a promotion, refund will be excluding the delivery fee.

For orders cancelled once the goods have been dispatched. Such cancellation of orders will result in a refund of the products, less any costs incurred by us in recovering the items back to warehouse.

We recommend you to refuse the delivery upon arrival if you have already cancelled the order. This shall benefit you as you will not have to pay for returning your order back to us.

Returns that are damaged, worn, soiled, washed, fabrics that are damaged, pulled or altered will not be accepted. We advise that when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume, make-up or deodorant which may leave a scent or mark on the item.

The Wandering Nurse Store will not refund any goods that have been signed for by another delivery address, or for items returned to us which are lost and fail to reach us. Please make sure items are accompanied by a tracking number provided by your courier company.

QUALITY CONTROL

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately with 48 hours at our customer service on a.o.consultancy254@gmail.com for further assistance.

Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Please email us on with your order number and reason for return. All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. You will receive a reply within 48 hours with a unique return code and further details on how to return the item.

Please note all shipping costs are incurred by the buyer. The Wandering Nurse Store will not reimburse the cost of return shipping costs. The item is also your responsibility until it is returned to us, we therefore recommend returned items to be sent in a form of recorded delivery. We will not accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

We recommend that you:

  • Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging. Please include all parts, for example belts, buckles, hoods…and so forth.

  • Include the Return Form with the reason for returning the item.
